If you would like to work with your tasks and projects on several devices, (on a PC and a phone, for example), use Cloud Sync. Here is how you do it:

  1. Create an account in the Chaos Control settings menu (see Settings -> Cloud Sync)
  2. As soon as you create an account your data automatically syncs with Chaos Control cloud
  3. Log in to your Chaos Control account on every other device you would like to use
  4. The app uses Chaos Control cloud to keep all of your devices in sync. Please note that we also support macOS, Windows and iOS devices.

Notice that the Cloud Sync feature not only lets you use several devices to manage your tasks and projects, but it’s also a great way to ensure the safety of your data. Even if you only use one device, we still recommend that you set up sync so that you can recover your data if something happens to your phone.

Sync Tip

In practice, planning is more convenient when performed on a full-sized PC. A keyboard, a large screen and the ability to view more information simultaneously allows you to see the big picture, making the entire process clearer. Mobile devices, on the other hand, are ideal for on-the-go planning, as well as for browsing lists throughout the day. Therefore, we recommend using the PC version of Chaos Control for regular, thorough planning and the mobile version to check off your tasks during the day.
